Some managers are stoic and unexpressive, and some teams aren’t worth praise. Neither is the case at Western CT Health Network, in Danbury, Conn., where manager Cathy Kean isn’t shy about praising her team, and where there’s no shortage of talented employees.
“What I see from this team is perseverance,” Kean said. “I see them go the extra mile even when they are tired. I am especially proud of each of them. They each bring something that just makes the team work. For that I am so grateful, amazed and proud of them and what this endoscopy suite has become.”
