Open the sterile peel pack and remove the Endo Gator. Open a bottle of sterile water (500 cc or one liter). The Endo Gator will fit Abbott, Baxter and MacGaw water bottles.
Drop the metal weighted tube into the sterile water bottle and firmly tighten the Endo Gator to ensure a tight seal.
Open pump head, insert Endo Gator tubing, and close pump head. Connect the back-flow prevention device to your irrigation tubing or accessory. (Note: make sure the silicone portion of the tubing is placed in the pump head or the tubing may crimp and disrupt water flow.)
When the procedure is finished, turn off the pump unit before disconnecting the Endo Gator Tubing.
